The Cupra oven has been designed for easy positioning in the garden and is composed of 2 elements:

  1. The upper part with the oven – it includes a small roof and chimney cap and insulation. It is painted in quartz: this permits it to resist severe weather conditions and maintain the temperature for a long time. The oven is supplied with a small, hinged door with a thermometer.
  2. The base is open at the front for storing wood.

Both the oven as well as the base are supplied with the appropriate hooks in order to be easily positioned, with the use of a crane truck, in your garden.

Prefabricated modular wood-burning oven for gardens
The oven includes linings and is easily installed on the spot even by hand, assembling prefabricated components with special joints and relevant holes with screws for its fixing.
The same model can be placed on the spot already assembled, insulated and ready to use, installed with a crane truck.
The lining elements are painted in quartz. The small hood is built entirely in stainless steel for an optimum durability. The small door is furnished with hinges and a peephole for controlling within. Supplied with thermometer.

Practical advice for its good functioning
Any type of wood can be used to heat the oven. The oven will be ready for cooking when, after being turned on, it first becomes black inside and then white.
Before starting the cooking you should clean the floor of any remains of the fire and ashes. If you wish to cook for example bread and pizza you should clean the oven again with a damp cloth; while as for roasts you can leave some cinders at the sides.
To see that everything is going well during the cooking you can use the little sliding window at the centre of the door.
If you have to use the oven for a second cooking, the new heating will be carried out with half the quantity of wood.
If you wish to use a single cooking for two different types of food for example, you have to insert first the roast and then, when you open the oven to turn it after about 30 minutes, you can introduce the lasagne and leave to cook for approximately another 60 minutes.

Approximate cooking times
Pizza: about 10 minutes – Pies and tarts: about 20 minutes – Cakes: about 20 minutes – Cannelloni: about 20 minutes - Lasagne: about 50 minutes – Bread: about 70 minutes – Roasts: about 80 minutes.

Description of ovens

  • Built of various modular elements they are easy to assemble and guaranteed by many years of activity and research regarding prefabricated wood-burning ovens and refractory materials.
  • They are carried out in special refractory mortar.
  • Their resistance is guaranteed up to 1000° C. The airtight closure of the door (with hinge) is carried out with the same mixture and framing in homogeneous iron.
  • A peephole is applied in order to see inside the oven.
  • It offers maximum economy, perfect cooking and is very clean.
  • The oven can be heated ready for cooking with only 15 kg of wood.
